Friday evening March 23 (hs 21.00 CET) it’s party time! The first plots of OurVirtualHolland will be granted to the proposal submitters. Many interesting and surprising proposals have been submitted: Restaurants, café‘s, employment-agencies, toerists guides, traditional clothing, garden-design, dating in SecondLife, virtual mobile phones, birth-cards, a radiostation; it’s all there.
On Fridaynight you will hear which proposals have been approved and meet the pioneers of OurVirtualHolland. Champagne will be served and DJ Yuna will make it a swinging party. Log into our visitors center in Second Life and win one year free housing.
Do you have an idea for a small business or an innovative house? Fridaynight we will start a new competition. The best ideas will be honoured with a free piece of land or a small building. Pass by on Friday for more information and follow the news on this website.

I would like to establish an astrology centre where people can learn more about themselves and their relationships. I have very sophisticated software called Solar Fire that produces beautiful and accurate charts. I have a lot of experience in interpreting what influence astrology has on people’s character and destiny. I have time on my hands to develop this kind of service in the medium of Second Life. I am also interested in teaching classes in a governance model called Sociocracy. It is considered to be an evolutionary step beyond democracy. My husband and partner is currently creating an Environmental Inspection Training Program for Lay people that he wants to offer on the web. These three uses could be compatible enough to make an interesting home office use in OurVirtualHolland. An interesting note: The real Holland is the birthplace of Sociocracy where many companies and organizations are operating using it’s 4 Basic Principles. Intriguing?
