Second Life Official Guide: quick preview
Although I will try to present an overview of my thoughts about the book in a later post, here are some of the first things that I noticed:
- nice colorful layout, very much aligned with the atmosphere of Second Life
- describing things you easily forget or miss when entering Second Life (like the “library” in your inventory)
- a lot of SL- residents get to speak
- nice history of Second Life and background on what it all could mean for the future
- basics of scripting and building
- CD enclosed packed with goodies!
