Web 2.0 at Banks: a nice overview

Frank Janssen a Dutch trendwatcher just published a very nice and thorough overview (beware: in Dutch!), of web 2.0 like developments in the banking sector. Although the focus is on Dutch banking, some international examples are being mentioned.

The article is currently focussing on external use of web2.0 applications, but I learned that internal usage will be discussed as well at some point in time. The “file” is still building up.
